About BTAC
Building Tuning and Commissioning is a leading Building Services Commissioning company. Established in 2019 to meet the need for specialist commissioning management of new buildings and improving the performance of existing older buildings. We also carry out fire life safety inspections, audits and validation.
We have extensive experience in the commissioning and tuning of all kinds of buildings so that they operate as well as they were designed to. We ensure the services are fully functioning to ensure optimum energy efficiency from the outset and all client expectations are delivered.

We can partner with specialist engineering consultants and bring to a project complete expertise in all facets of engineering design including ESD. BTAC will lead the team to provide a sustainable engineered solution that will ensure a complete success. The project will be coordinated in the minimum amount of time necessary to achieve the quickest and compliant result for our Clients.
In addition to commissioning we are accredited energy auditors that are able to audit, analyse and provide a range of solutions for building owners who need improvements in the condition, operation or code compliance of building services.

Our office is in Brisbane, however we are able to work in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. We also have experience working offshore in such places as PNG, Kenya and Ethiopia. We have the expertise to add value to any building Asset in any location.
